Below is what I was told by breeder..
The little guy is not even a year old yet, give him time to grow up. One breeder in Delaware, her little tiny (took out his name) did not breed until he was three years old!!!!! Now he wants to breed everything in site! I think he needs time.
If I have not lived two experiences of testicles disappearing and reappearing whenever the dog had bred, I too, would be skeptical. |
