I LOVE the name Elliot!!!! That is sooooo adorable...
I would go for the Yorkie. My chewy loves to walk, and we were going for an hour walk a day before it got cold here... But Yorkies don't NEED all that exercise. They like it but can do with out it.
I love westies and almost thought I wanted one until I read you must have a fenced in back yard and let them RUN RUN RUN!!! We have no fence and tons of coyotes....
So the yorkie was what we got and I love both mine to death....
