If people want to donate a raffle prize but not attending the Meet Up, would it be possible for them to mail directly to the winner instead of mailing to the meet up? Reason I have this thought because if some people are flying then it might be hard for them to take home a basket, plus luggage, plus their baby. |
You can mail it afterwards, but it's prefered to have the item at the meetup. The plan is to have the items placed on tables for viewing, and participants can choose which items they are hoping to win by placing a ticket in the can for that prize.
