Who else has dealt with one of these? I read that it can take a long time for them to fully go away. We'll be watching to make sure it doesn't worsen, but I know other than that it's just a waiting game. *sigh*
I did put a light heat wrap on it for a bit yesterday. Felt that stimulating the blood in that area could promote healing. |
awwww... i HATE when layla has to get shots.. we just got the reminder in the mail this week... i'm trying to put off calling.
Layla is horrible for shot reactions... the lump usually lasts up to a month but only bothers her for 2-3 days. It is suggested to put a warm compress on, like you said, to promote healing.
