As a professional photographer, I would have to say that the photographer who took these images is serious about their work or they would not have watermarked them to signify that they are copyrighted.
I won't get on my soapbox here about this but will state that posting these images in the forum are a violation of the creator's copyrights unless you received a release of copyrights from the creator.
I will not address any follow-up posts.
