Hi, Try to confine the pups to the room you are in, they are still too young to give free roam. Have a coffee can with a few coins in it and watch them like a hawk the min. they go to lift the leg shake the can this will distract them and soon they will associate the lifting in the house with the unpleasant noise. The other option is to keep them leashed to you while in the house, they do not have far to go thus not allowing them to mark.
