There is only one club based out of 5 that has made the statement this is a separate breed based on the Mars Wisdom Panel test which is not geared for recognizing purebred dogs. Also it will be a long time based on FSS rules before the Biewer will be recognized by AKC.
Why do you think a Biewer can improve a Yorkie? Based on what?
