Thank you everyone! I read Sheila (my cousin) everyones replies tonight. She said to tell you all thank you so very much.
This is the update! 
I was on the phone with her this morning when her son Skylar got up. This is what he told her and I thought it was cute the way he said it. He said, "Mommy, I've been thinking and I think I want a new puppy today." He sounded all grown up when he said that. It was just to cute. We hung up so she could talk to him about it. About an hour later she called me and told me they were going to look for a new puppy. She told me that she explained to him that getting a new puppy wouldn't be taking Pointers place but making room in their hearts for a new family member. He told her that he understood.
So we (both Sheila & myself) began our search for a new puppy today. I called a vets office that was 10 miles from us, and she called our vets office. They both gave us the same number. We didn't know each other had the same number. We both talked to the breeder. She had just hung up from when I was beeping in on them. He told me that he didn't have anymore puppies but he had Ellie a 1 1/2 yr old female that just had a litter of pups that he was selling. I asked him why he was selling her. This is what he told me. He bought her and her sister when they were just pups and he was going to start breeding them. He was only going to use 1 of the females to breed with and have the other as a pet. His wife didn't think it was fair for one to breed and not the other so she talked him into selling one of the females which just happens to be Ellie. I personally didn't like his answer, but I kept that to myself. Anyways, I called Sheila back and began to tell her what I found. She just started laughing and told me that she already talked to the same man. I did tell her that I would be very very wary of the man and his reasons for selling Ellie. We did find some puppies on our search. They went and looked at the puppies. She told me that Skylar didn't see the puppy that he wanted. So they went to take a look at Ellie. She said when Skylar seen Ellie that he told her that he wanted her. He didn't want any other puppy or dog. She told me that she was very worried about getting Ellie when she found that the breeder kept Ellie, her sister and the sire outside
She said she told Skylar she didn't know if Ellie was right for them. She said he looked at her and started crying saying but mommy she can't just stay here. She has to come home with us, so we can take care of her and keep her inside and safe where she belongs. She told me that when he said that it melted her heart. Then she seen Ellie walk up to Skylar and lick him and wagged her little docked tail she knew right then and there she wasn't going home without Ellie.
Oh she's absolutely gorgeous! Here's what she looks like.
I'll get a better picture of her tomorrow.
Sheila will be taking her to the vet first thing Monday morning. She also said that she is going to get her fixed and she hopes that this time they will put a collar around her neck so she won't be chewing or licking on the incison like Pointer did when she got him neutered. She also said they will be fencing in the back yard. She didn't want to take anymore chances.
