my little girls is also slightly under cant see if from behind, The same with my chi/mix you cant see her's either I do believe they do move a little when they mature. My chi/mix never got a chance to mature I had her spayed at 5ms so hers never moved. But I have seen some as you say right under the other butt area but they have all been pretty much adults and not puppys.
