My friend, did the picking him up, she told me they were not down, but told my friend that the vet had felt them, and that stress of going to a new home would and could be a reason they go back up or stay up. I am no dummy by any sence of the word.. but because I was in florida and my friend got him prior to her coming to florida also.. I was not the one who picked him up, I also realize that he could be too young to breed, but I also know that a male can breed at 8 months old. I have seen it happen myself..
When I saw him for the first time, I took him to a vet, in fact two looked at him and told me about the lemon laws in florida, I said I was aware of that law.. as I had my first litter while in florida for the winter.. too bad it was not that way all over...
I know how I feel and what I know, and how I am feeling.. I just needed some long time breeders confirm what I am feeling prior to my saying anything.. and I also had never heard of a male with testes that you could not feel.. all of a sudden breed with a female, and at this time all of a sudden the tests drop.. I am needing to hear that I am not nuts completely...
Upon getting an email from her, she nows says apparently the vet did not put this on paper.. but the contract says he is intact.. I have not had him with me, I am not emotionally involved.. I think the game is.. my friend has fallen for this little guy.. and of course the deal usually is, return the puppy for a new one.. so I have said to my friend, either you follow your head or your heart..
again I am not the one attached to him now..
