Do any of you can/preserve? | Oh yes, been there done that, it is well worth doing. You know what you are eating and it is so much more tastier, healthier, than store bought. Haven't done canning or freezing in a few years, my body is keeping me from having a garden this year Nothing like home grown foods. We have lots of apricots on our trees so will maybe do some freezing, if there is any left after we pick and eat
I use to put up fruits, also made jams, jellies.
Jack loved the bread and butter pickles, packed them in rock salt and ice the night before putting those up, which made em nice and crispy
Enjoy your garden.
