In addition to trying a different type of small or tiny breed puppy food........ you should get some nutrical. Nutrical will help keep the little ones strength up while it isn't eating correctly. You can buy Nutrical at a Pet Supplies store.... or ask your vet. (Nutrical is in a tube)
