At first she asked me how many animals I had. I told her I have none and that I would like to adopt around May 11th when I get settled in with my new move and would have a roomate there when I am not. She asked me if I had children 2x...both times I answered no. Then she asked me if anybody would be there with my baby when I left home and I had to once again repeat that I would like to wait until May 11th because I would have a roomate and I didnt want to disrupt him/her with a move. I had to tell her 2x that I did shadowing with a vet and worked part time at Periwinkles "dog spa" and when at both of those places my yorkie baby would be with me. The only times he/she would not be would be is for my 2- 50min classes everyday (in which he/she will be with a roomate or at periwinkles). I was astonished by her lack of intrest in my donations and adoption intrest. She was asking some appropriate questions but her mind was not in the conversation. I also added that I am planning on going to vet school and I shadow over 2 different vets and may know several people intrested in helping. I knew almost from the start with her unprofessionalism and her repeated questons that she was unlegit. It is so sad people do this to others. |
