Boys outfits are always easy to match even if it's not the same fabric, a coordinating stripe or plaid is always a good option if you choose a girly dress. OR a solid! I had the Birthday o/f made into a vest for Max but Jodi made the shirt a beautiful baby blue material - I think it turned out awesome!
