Day 5 Well, how is the I can make you thin, diet going for everyone?
I'm still doing really good..I made turkey, mashed potatoes
and gravy, rolls, green beans and dressing yesterday..I ate a little of everything, and then quit..I was really proud of myself for not going back for 2nds(although, I did have 2 rolls), I had 2 small pieces of turkey, but, only ate one, as I was full...I'm doing my weigh in on Monday |
