It states:

"We ask that you as the Senate committee on Science, Commerce and Transport encourage a bill to end animal testing in American companies and research institutes."

That's what it wants to do. That first sentence is the most important one. " End means end. The body of the letter talks of other things, but the bill wants to end all animal testing in America companies and universities, and they are usually the most humane. So many overseas companies have labs over here that are awful, be careful what you sign.

I Love Bailey, try to find out who owns the company located near you. Is it an American Company?
