Porsche, Zoey's mom, was 2.6 at 6 mos old. She is now 5 lbs. at 4 1/2 years. She is a good eater, but the vet just said at her yearly visit that she is a perfect weight for her size. I think she might be a little less than that normally. She is still nursing the moose, Zoey, albeit reluctantly. Zoey chases her down, the pig!!
Just once in awhile, Zoey catches her and Porsche is tired of running. Point is, some dogs continue to grow. My hope is some don't!
