I have been to places like these and will never get their memory out of my heart or mind. I tried so hard to save them but I could not. I went the the Humane Society, Police and to the news media but what was being done to these innocent animals was not illegal. Our own government the U.S.D.A. has encouraged this type of industry to help people in rural areas make a living. I am sorry to get so emotional about this but I am just horrified that people will do anything for monetary gain. For the faint at heart do not search any further but if you have the guts and want to do something for their honor then continue reading...then act!
www.prisonersofgreed.org Yorkies are my passion but I know inside every dog big or small..free or imprisoned is a precious little spirit put here for us to love and protect. We all have a responsiblity to do our part. If you are going to buy a Yorkie that is wonderful but make sure you do not purchase a sweet baby whose Mother will live her life in a 3X3 cage for the rest of her life without hugs and kisses and a warm bed on a cold winters night or a reassuring hug that everything will be alright. For these babies they will never know love only pain and misery.
