Ask them to "define" "teacup"? Then you can tell them that it is just a marketing term and there is no show category for a "teacup".

You might also add that many yorkies are sold as "teacups" to people who know nothing about the breed. And those people pay ridiculous amounts of money for a "teacup" puppy that turns outs to be just an averaged sized yorkie.
