You should be okay if she is carried or in her crate. I would not let her within breathing distance
of another dog or let her on the grass where other dogs could've been.
By the way, the lepto vaccine can be dangerous for Yorkies. It should only be given in a limited number of cases and I'd personally wait to give it after 16 weeks. My Yorkie collapsed after vaccines and it was most probably that part that did it.
