I think it's wise that you're adding the xtra small because it seems like that's a very popular size among those that wear clothes. Joey has and 8-inch neck, 12 in girth and 11 or 12 inch length (he wouldn't stand still). He weighs about 5lbs 10 ounces, and typically wears a size small, which is what he would wear at your store.
