May I ask why you're asking this? Is it a food question, a breeding question, a growth question, or something else? My answer would be about 1-½ years, but I switched to adult food at 9 months. My vet said they are a "teenager" at one year. Your food manufacture will have recommendations on switching from puppy food to adult. Yorkies can switch to adult food sooner than the larger breeds. Most yorkies are full grown at one year, but I've read of many who have continued to grow up to 1-½ years. If it's a breeding question, I don't know nothin about birthin yorkies!
