I use bleach because I am a germaphobic. I cant stand the thought of germs lurking around when I can do something about it. This being said, I have a human child and she has known since birth that when mommy is cleaning she is to stay in another room and not touch anything because mommy is using chemicals. I treat Dusty the same way. He has to stay in another room until everything is dry. He has never tried to lick anything and he has never been sick. I think as long as you are safe with it , it is completely safe for them. IMO
