My response is
She is a yorkie and a little small. Yorkie has one standard and standard is 4 to 7 pounds. Haruka is 3lb so she is smaller than the standards. Teacup, the word is used for commercial purpose. So it sounds attractive. Some yorkies are smaller than others or bigger than others. But one standard.
