Then I guess using hairspray, anti static spray, flat iron and gel would have to be considered against the rules too....like you said some just pick and choose which rules to abide by...
If everyone played by the rules then all we'd have to do is pull the top knot up without teasing, applying hairspray and whatever it takes to make it pretty and making that coat shiny and flat that the iron does. So you see we all enhance the dog in one way or another
