It sounds like you are doing what you can and that is great!! Being that she is so young and I am sure very tiny, she can crash very easily. I am in no way trying to cause you to panic...Just keep her warm and notify your emergency vet tonight for other options. Your pup might need to go to the vet tonight for further treatment. Tomorrow is many hours away.
