No, but I know that I need to. I just very recently started taking Omega 3 with fish oil (2 a day, each being 1000 mg.) and I am also taking 3 St. John's Wort. I have only been on these for three weeks and so far, it's been sooooooooo helpful!! I was waking up with a really bad headache every day with the majority of them going into a migraine. I was depressed and in constant pain but had learned to somehow function with the pain. Now, with these pills, I do still wake up with a headache everyday, but shortly after I take the Omega 3, it goes away and I have only had 2 migraines in these 3 weeks! This is incredible for me...my life has changed! In fact, I had to take an Imitrex yesterday and earlier today because of a stupid migraine....I had actually forgotten how miserable they are and how much they change who you are.

Ok,now that I have rambled on. I am wondering about the Omega pills for Livi and Harley...if I use one of my 1000 mg for them, do I just throw away the extra from what I don't use?
