^^^ Check that out. Looks like Jersey is Med-Med High in terms of seasonal stuff right now - so it might not even be food related. Might be pollen.
I am having the same issues w/ Marcel right now and am using homepathic stuff called Proaller and Notatum (both drops). They are helping.
