I just say "well, there is actually no such thing as a teacup yorkie. A yorkie is a toy breed, and the standard says they should be 7lbs and under. Most show yorkies are 4-7lbs, but you'll see yorkies as pets that are smaller or bigger than that. I've seen 2lb yorkies and I've seen 20lb yorkies. There aren't different sizes though - they are all just a yorkie." and then I might go on to say how no reputable breeder advertises teacups, and that those that do are being deceitful and are just out to make more money from people that don't know any better. And I might even say how the smaller ones are at more risk for being hurt and all.
Some people are ignorant and won't care what you say or will try to argue with you but as long as you keep your tone friendly, they should take it as you being nice
