They usually go up and down when they're puppies... especially during teething. You can shave the ear to see if it'll go up on it's own or you can tape them. Just do a search and you'll find lots of great advice on how to tape ears. Some ears don't go up until 6 months so don't give up hope. Franklin's are still down. One is ALMOST up, and he's like 5 1/2 months. We're going to shave them (again) on Monday and then tape them. If they never go up.. oh well. We think he's adorable!
