I say she is not entitled to a refund because she is the one that went and got another puppy from some where else....you lost out on money because you could have sold the puppy instead of holding it for her!!! Puppies don't eat air and I am sure at 12 weeks you had all the shots done etc...hey i would block her number and tell her to take you to court!!! she will spend more in court costs and time then the initial 100.00. Some people think that if they harass you enough you will cave in...forget that !!! tell her take you to see Judge Judy!!! LOL
