How do you politely tell someone that there NO SUCH THING as a teacup Yorkie?! People at the dog park ask me all the time if Franklin is a Yorkie. After I say yes, they say "is he a teacup?" First of all, obviously not! My big boy is 7 lbs. Second of all, there is no such thing. Well, most people are just simply curious and they're very nice about asking me. I don't want to jump all over them correcting them. So how are we supposed to inform them that there is no such thing?
Some girl told me today that her girlfriend had tiny teacups or something like that. I just politely smiled and said "oh really? How nice." She then told me that she'd never seen a Yorkie as big as Franklin. She wasn't being malicious or mean, she was just misinformed. I didn't say anything..
