My assistant has been working with me for 3 years and always planned on retiring once she had a baby and she is currently 9 months pregnant and just got put on bed rest because her blood pressure is high and she is having major swelling problems. I'm very excited that she will be having her baby very soon! Tess is about to have a friend

Aside from work Tess does keep me busy but she is such a good baby and when Im not playing with her or feeding her she likes to sit in her swing of bouncy chair and watch me work and she smiles alot and makes giggling noises the whole time. It is the best work entertainment and motivation ever! Puts me in such a good mood, she is too cute! Here is a picture just for you:
