There are sprays that you can get that taste bad to dogs, or even just lemon juice, if you can train him not to lick you then he should learn that it's not pleasant to lick others. Rub whichever solution you prefer on your hands, face, wherever he likes to lick, it will soon discourage him and should put him off licking altogether.
