Actually any kind fo vinegar is good, I think you're supposed to take 1-2 T a day(I may be wrong on the amount)...I want to lose mine overnight, but, I know I didn't put it on overnight...I'm wanting to try to lose 3 or 3 1/2 lbs a week..maybe that way it will stay off then..
