OK I've dug a bit deeper for overseas exhibitors. It seems you may be restricted in the classes you can enter - sorry, I didn't mean to mislead you

Class definitions are the final section on the page. In case of any doubts you have, it may be best to contact the Kennel Club direct http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk for a copy of their guidelines, rules and regulations and have a word with the Kennel Club equivalent organisation in Lithuania.

As to the criteria. It starts with getting as close to the published breed standard as possible, then, perfect preparation of the dog. It moves to the judge's interpretation of the standard and ends with the judge's personal preference on the day. I guess it's the same the whole dog-world over
