I wish I was doing as well as you two!
I am having a very hard time remembering to slow down and chew! I'll start out the first couple bites really consciously eating and then before long, I'll catch myself shoveling food in without thinking.
I am doing a good job about not eating if I'm not hungry though. I'm drinking a bottle of water before I make myself an afternoon snack to make sure I really am hungry. Portion size hasn't changed though
I have a date Monday morning with the treadmill so maybe that will help jump start this diet...
