I wouldn't think you owe her anything. You said she bought her previous pup from you. Did you sign an agreement that time? Does your agreement have anything in it about the deposit? What I am thinking is, if it does say something AND she signed one before then she new at the time that you don't refund deposits! I am stunned that she let herself in your house after you told her no! This is no friend! So sorry you are having to deal with this. |
