Well, the running after pooping sounds like what they do when a little poop is still on them. Check for this. We actually had a thread about it once. It is scarey until you realize what it is, then it is funny (until you have to take the poop off yourself LOL). I hope that is what the problem is. Is she shaking her head while eating or actually "throwing her head backward"? I wanted to get my puppies tested for liver shunt just to be safe (I am the breeder). The vet said they don't just test for that unless there are signs. I asked what some signs were and one was throwing the head back while or after eating. If this is what your baby girl is doing, make sure to pay attention to any behavior that seems quirky to you and take her to the vet telling him all the quirky things. I pray that liver shunt is not the reason for her behavior. As far as the Nurtical, 2-3 pea size amounts per day from your finger. Just a small amount will do. Make sure she drinks good, but watch to see if she is drinking excessively (not a good sign either). Please keep us posted. I sure hope she is perfectly healthy. |
