Lucy had abnormal blood work before her spay too, it was a long process 2 full blood panels, 2 acid bile tests, and an x-ray of her liver. Plus I brought in a urine sample. Lucy is trained for outside so I just took a disposable glad plastic wear (like tupperwear) and when she went to squat I just stuck it under her and caught it that way. She didn't like that but I needed a sample and that was the best way for me. So if you haven't gotten one yet. Try that.
