No there was no papers signed yet, she waited unti lthe pup was 12 weeks old then just told me that her hubby out of the blue decided to buy her another pup, and it was left like that. I may also add that she demanded to come over when the momma was in labor I told I really do not think its a good idea it adds more stress to the momma, she didn't listen to that either, let her self in the house( I had my hands full of puppy gunky) and to top it off she was frickin sick!
