My deposits are non-refundable unless something happens to the puppy while I have it. or if I decide not to go thru with the sale at my discretion. of course they get it back in that situation. if they just change their mind after I have held the dog for them, they do not get it back. Did you not have a purchase agreement that you both signed? |
