he does it on purpose? It doesn't just "accidentally" happen? I would go to the vet... it is a little funny... sorry, it does sound gross and disturbing though. Hope you can find your answer
If he isn't neutered it could mean dominance over both of you and if he isn't... it could be that or another issue
