Diet???? Starting day number 4 and I'm doing really well still..won't weigh until Monday morning..But, lastnight, I made up some spinach lasagne(it was really good), and garlic toast with cheese, and I bought a key lime cake..Well, I didn't want to throw any food out, so, I had one piece of garlic bread(usually eat 2), one small helping of lasagne(I can usually eat a lot more than that, especially when it tastes this good) and a very small piece of cake, and that was it..I was really proud of myself..Hope everyone else is doing okay on there's too...CHECK IN...
