I would ask my vet about using topical miconazole in the ears (or some canine equivalent). Miconazole is found in the OTC area of the drug store. It is used for vaginal yeast and may be too strong for yorkies. I hope you figure out something.
Yes, I agree with this, the antibiotics are probably causing the yeast infections. Joey's been on RC for a year and never has had any problems with it.
