I've never heard of a MINI Chow Chow...most breeders that breed out-of-standard dogs aren't breeding for the right reasons. And a chow is one breed you really want to make sure comes from a reputable breeder..one that breeds for a certain temperment. I personally would never own a chow...that breed was the only breed banned from the grooming salon I used to work at. Ever chow I've personally known has been mean, and I've only heard stories about how unpredictable and aggressive they can be. I really think they are more dangerous than pitt bulls on average.
