My Turbo who is a rescue has his tongue hanging out all the time. It is as a result of having his jaw broken as a puppy and a gross deformity of his lower jaw. It is not common for yorkies to have their tongue hanging out, it is usually as a result of poor jaw alignment. Thankfully it isn't harmful to them at all so they just look cute or in Turbo's case goofy!!!! |
