Poor baby. The shivering could be that she is still in some pain and uncomfortable. If your still worried you could check with your vet. I know when Cali was spayed, she was in heat and they had to check for an obstruction and do a liver biopsy. they kept her for 2 days and when she came home she was still so lethargic. She really took a full week before she was acting more normal.
