If she has been so neglected, she may not have come from a good home. She may have been lost by escaping and then became infested with fleas and have long nails. If that is the case, it is different but what if it is the original owner who neglected her and don't really care whether she comes home or not? Maybe there is a possibility that she may be better off being with your neighbour. |
