It really depends on the occasion. The last flowers that I sent to my sweet Mother, I ordered from [believe it or not] Martha Stewart .... they were Stargazer Lilies with a beautiful square crystal vase. They were shipped fresh cut and the amazing thing ... all total there were about 10 blooms and about 20 buds. My daughter-in-love [who took care of her] said that every single bud opened over a period of about 10 days into beautiful blooms! I was so pleased and happy that Mother was able to enjoy beautiful flowers and that heavenly frangrance for so many days! Other flowers I buy, I just call a florist friend at home who knows my taste and tell him what I want to spend and he always makes gorgeous arrangements for me. Good luck ...
